Terms of service

mywebcms is run by [Legal name of the business], [Registered business address] (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the mywebcms dashboard, its APIs or this website.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you accept them for a business, such as your agency, you confirm you are allowed to do so, and “you” means that business.

• You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Websites live in an organization. Its owner decides who joins it and what each member can open, website by website and module by module.

If you invite others, such as your clients or teammates, you are responsible for the access you give them and for making sure they follow these terms. Members never pay us; the organization’s plan covers them.

• Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. A paid plan belongs to one organization and is charged per live website.
• Fees are paid in advance for each monthly or yearly period. Prices in India are in rupees and exclude GST, which is added to the invoice. Prices elsewhere are in US dollars.
• Until online billing is available, we send an invoice or a payment link. Please pay by the date on the invoice.
• If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before and the new price applies from your next period.
• If the free plan's limits change, the change applies to new sign-ups. Websites that are already live keep running.

Going over a plan’s limits never takes a live website offline. We will tell you and ask you to upgrade or add an extra website.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by writing to varunsalat@gmail.com. It stops the next renewal. When you are entitled to a refund, and how it is paid, is set out in our refund policy.

You own the content you and your team put into mywebcms: pages, sections, items, media, forms and the leads they collect. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to run the service, for example to deliver it through your API keys.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or import. AI import builds a proposal from a screenshot or a page address you give it; only import content you are allowed to reuse.

Forms on your websites collect details from your visitors. For that data, you (or your client) decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your behalf to deliver the leads to your team. How we handle personal data, yours included, is set out in our privacy policy.

• Tell your visitors how their details are used, in your website's own privacy notice.
• Only collect what you need, and delete leads you no longer need. Leads from the Development environment are deleted after 30 days.
• We keep each website's data apart from every other website's, and encrypt the secrets you give us, such as storage and database keys.

Do not use mywebcms to:

• publish or collect anything illegal, harmful or that you have no right to use;
• send spam or abuse the form endpoints of any website;
• try to reach another organization's or website's data, or get around access levels, domain allowlists or rate limits;
• spread malware, overload the service or interfere with other customers;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

API keys belong to one website and one environment. Keep them secret, especially Production keys used on a server. If a key is exposed, revoke it in Developer settings and create a new one. We may revoke a key that is being misused, and will tell you when we do.

You can keep a website’s content in your own PostgreSQL database and its files in your own S3-compatible bucket. If you do, you are responsible for that database or bucket: keeping it running, backed up and paid for. Sign-ins, team access and settings stay with mywebcms, and files are still served from the mywebcms files address.

We work to keep mywebcms available and your content safe, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. Unless we agree a service level with you in writing, the service is provided “as is”.

We improve mywebcms all the time. If we remove a feature you rely on, or change the API in a way that breaks it, we will tell you in advance. Features marked Beta may change and are provided without warranty.

You can stop using mywebcms at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or whose invoices stay unpaid after we have reminded you. Except where the law or an urgent risk requires it, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

When an account closes, we give you reasonable time to take your content, for example through the API or by moving it to your own database, before we delete it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

You are responsible for claims that arise from your content, your websites, or how you or your members use mywebcms in breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we email the organization owners at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using mywebcms after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Questions about these terms, billing or your account: write to varunsalat@gmail.com, or to [Legal name of the business], [Registered business address].
